Tuning guide for 1.8 TSI EA888 engines with standard 170 PS / 250 Nm.
400 Kpa map sensor in the pressure pipe for boost pressures above 2 bar on all 3rd generation 2.0L TSI vehicles. Starting with the third generation EA888 engines, two boost pressure sensors were installed. One in the pressure pipe and one in the intake manifold.
Since the stock sensor cannot handle boost pressures above 2 bar, this sensor is mandatory. For a clean tuning we recommend to replace the sensor in the intake manifold as well.
Attention: The map in the ECU must be adapted to the 400 Kpa map sensor!
Calibration:
0,4 Volt = 412,432
4,65 Volt = 4131,200
