On the 2.0L TFSI, the RS3 jets must be offset in the head. As the small TFSI does not have a hole there, the plug collides with the head and the jets do not sit far enough in the combustion chamber. Therefore we have to drill a small hole in the head.
The template is mounted on the TFSI head, after which the hole for the injectors can be drilled precisely.
The template is made of solid metal and therefore fits perfectly on the head.
Installation direction as for the RS3 cylinder head.
Please drill approx. 5 to 7 mm deep with an 8 mm drill bit.
