Completely tuned and ready built engine: For all 2.5L TFSI engines like in the TTRS and RS3.
This racing engine is for you if you really want performance and power. If you get goose bumps just thinking about the HP. And especially if you don't feel like going through an engine with all its components.
That's what happens with the engine block:
The block is measured and drilled to the first oversize (83 mm). Then honed, planned and painted in your desired color. The crankshaft is balanced, straightened and all bearing journals are polished. piston and conrod are measured and weighed. All weights are adjusted to each other. The auxiliary shafts are renewed. The running clearance and the ring clearance are adjusted. All parts are mounted. Of course we also take care of all bearing clearances. You have nothing more to do.
We install the following parts in the block:
On the cylinder block we perform the following work:
The head is measured, cleaned and planned. The valve seat is checked and recut if necessary.
We install the following parts in the head:
The engine is in exchange and can be plug and play with our tuning engine.
With this complete racing engine can be driven without any problems performance well over 1000HP stable!
The transmission should also be reinforced in any case. Performance data may vary and are dependent on various factors.
Note: Run in racing engines
Tuned engines need to be broken in properly so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about "Run in the engine correctly"!
