Turbo manifold with single pipe guide and V-band flange for 2.0L TFSI EA113 and EA888 second generation. The exhaust manifold as a component of the exhaust system must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust gases (over 1100 °C).
1.4849 Stainless Alloy. The best of the best!
For racing purposes, we only us materials with the best characteristics. As an alloy for our manifolds, we have therefore decided to use a heat-resistant stainless steel casting with the less catchy name ,,1.4849''. It consists of a complex mixture of chromium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, phosphorus, sulphur and silicon. The key strengths of the material 1.4849 include its heat resistance up to 1100 degrees Celsius and its high elongation at break. This makes it the material of dreams when it comes to the highest thermal and mechanical loads - and perfekt for challenging uses in motorsport. So it is the best material for our high performance parts and your tuning projects!
The manifold is specially designed and developed for the new G25, G30 and G35 series with integrated wastegate valve from Garrett. Due to the modern and sophisticated exhaust gas routing, a particularly good efficiency can be achieved in conjunction with Garrett's G-series reverse turbochargers. Integrated gate to accommodate a temperature or back pressure sensor. The G-Series internal wastegate valve makes conversion simple and cost-effective. The motorsport manifold, manufactured in large series quality, is almost indestructible and is also visually a feast for the eyes.
