Tuning guide for 2.5 TFSI EA855 evo engines
Up to 1.000 hp with your RS in 5 tuning stages!
5 injection valves especially for the 2.5L TFSI EA855evo engine as in RS 3 8V and TT RS 8S, engine code DAZA.
A must have for any performance-enhanced engine to ensure a adequate fuel supply. The high pressure pump on this engine can not be improved so we decided to increase the fuel amount by installing those high flow injectors to reach 700hp plus safely.
These upgrade valves are suitable for outputs from 700 hp.
Already new injectors have a certain dispersion of the injection quantity!
The manufacturers specify a tolerance of up to 8 % as "normal". However, this can lead to incorrect injection quantities per cylinder in the worst case. As a result, the cylinders are injected with different amounts of fuel and the engine does not run clean or it can cause damage to pistons or valves!
