Description

Complete Sports-Clutch-Kit for 1.8L TSI engines like as POLO 6R.

Features

  • For torque up to 550 NM (Organic) or  650 NM (Sinter)
  • Reinforced cover plate with higher preloade and coated surface.
  • Clutch disc with springs and reinforced organic or sintered pads.
  • Light steel Flywheel

It must be rebuilt with this kit necessarily a release bearing!

Included in the kit

  • 1x single flywheel Sachs
  • 1x pressure plate Sachs (sinter or organic)
  • 1x pressure plate Sachs
  • 1x coupling screw set
  • 1x flywheel screw set

When converting to a single-mass flywheel, rattling noises may occu in neutral.. However, these are harmless and occur in the transmission. As soon as the clutch is pressed, these noises disappear.

The only remedy is a harmonic vibration damper but the noises will not disappear completely. In addition, of course, the pedal force increases, since the clutch is designed for higher torques.
