Description

Original GATES timing belt with tensioner pulley for 16V.

The timing belt should always be checked for good tension! Replacement interval every 60TKM according to VW. However, the belt should be replaced earlier on tuned engines.

If the belt breaks or slips, this usually results in serious engine damage!

Please measure the diameter of the tensioning pulley: 72mm or 82mm

(picture shows Contitech version)
