1.8T Race intake manifold for all transverse-mounted 1.8T engines.
Our 1.8T 20V Race intake manifold was specially developed using CFD technology for the transverse-mounted 1.8T engines. We have paid particular attention to enlarging the intake ducts and optimising the flow. As a result, we achieve a better flow to the cylinders, which, depending on the setup, can result in a performance gain of up to 100 hp.
The optimised design maximises the air flow, which leads to more efficient combustion and therefore better engine performance. By reducing the pressure loss in the intake system, the efficiency of the engine is increased, which can lead to better fuel consumption. In addition to the increase in power, the improved suction also ensures an optimised torque curve, which noticeably improves the handling and acceleration of your vehicle.
For our
High-Flow
intake manifold we use high-quality materials in order to be able to cope with the increase in performance. With our intake manifold, boost pressures of up to 6 bar should be possible without any problems.
Our upgrade intake manifold comes with a small port, but can be converted to a big port with this adapter plate . The intake manifold comes in a black powder coating and with CNC machined inserts.
You will benefit from our intake manifold both on the road and on the racetrack. Perfect for anyone who wants to get the most out of their 1.8T engine!
The upper part (plenum) can optionally be built on the other side, we then recommend sealing with our 300°C silicone from Reintz.
Our Race intake manifold is already supplied with the correct nozzle adapters.
Our billet injection bar is the perfect addition.
