Do you want to drive 500 hp and more - without having to worry about it? Then we can make it possible. All components are perfectly matched to each other.
We turn your TSI engine into a genuine tuning engine and this is how it's done
What happens with the engine block:
The block is measured and drilled to the first oversize (83 mm), then hollowed, planned and painted in the colour of your choice. The crankshaft is balanced, straightened and all bearing journals are polished. Piston and conrods are measured and weighed. All weights are adjusted to each other. The fog shafts are replaced. The running clearance and the ring clearance are adjusted. All parts are fitted. Of course, we also check all bearing clearances. You don't need to do anything else.
We install the following parts in the block:
JE Ultra Series forged pistons
our BAR-TEK® H-shaft steel connecting rods with ARP2000 screws
forged crankshaft, straightened, finely balanced and polished
Main bearing shells RACE if possible
Thrust washers
ACL Race connecting rod bearings or sputter
ARP stud bolt for the main bearing race and ARP screws for the lateral screw connection
ARP upgrade Block- screws for the oil pan (optional)
All timing chains new incl. housing cover
new auxiliary shafts incl. Bearing
We carry out the following work on the cylinder head:
the head is measured, planned and cleaned. The valve seat is checked and recut if necessary.
Stage 1 cylinder head:
Exhaust ports CNC machined
Valves to standard size
Stage 2 cylinder head:
Exhaust ports CNC machined
new valve seat inserts
Valves in +1mm oversize
We install the following parts in the head:
ARP head studs High-Boost
Viton valve stem seals
Our BAR-TEK® valve spring kit with titanium spring discs
Our BAR-TEK® intake valves
Ferrea exhaust valves
Metal head gasket
Camshafts measured, straightened and polished
Camshaft adjustment new
The engine is an exchange and can be swapped for our tuning engine.
